Delivery: UPS - Grow Depot
Shipping Time: From the time you place your order to delivery is usually about one week in the continental United States. If items are backordered, delivery could take as long as two weeks.
Packaging: All products are shipped in corrogated plain brown boxes. Only the shipping label appears on the package with the mailing address and the return address of the shipper showing.
Payment: All credit card purchases from this website are billed by Grow Depot
, and will reflect as such on the customer's credit card. Customer credit card information is stored for 24 hours and automatically discarded after the 24 hour period.
We regularly ship via UPS, Fed Ex and the US Postal Service (USPS). UPS is our the preferred method. If you have a preference as to shipping method please let us know at the time of checkout.

Actual shipping charges through any of the carriers we use depend on a number of variables such as number of packages, size and shape of packages and weight of packages. Since we currently carry over 1500 different products and these products may be packed in a number of different ways depending on what is ordered, the above quoted charges are approximations only. They have been shown to be as close to actual charges as possible given our extensive experience.
